Welcome
Track every account in one place and see your net worth, portfolio mix, goals, and long-term projections.
Your data stays in this browser. Nothing is uploaded.
Assets vs. Debts
Net worth over time
Summary
Educational only, not financial advice. Goal pacing ignores investment growth.
Accounts
Add an account
Enter debts as positive numbers. They are subtracted automatically. For brokerage or retirement accounts, you can start at 0 and add holdings on the Portfolio tab. Data stays in this browser only.
Backup and restore
Your data lives only in this browser. Download a backup file to keep it safe or move it to another device.
The backup file holds your real numbers in plain text. Keep it somewhere private.

Performance over time
Return uses the Modified Dietz method, which adjusts for when contributions were made. It covers accounts that have holdings and is approximate. It gets more accurate as you record more snapshots by updating prices over time.
All holdings
Update prices
One price per ticker, applied to every account that holds it. Saving records a snapshot on the price date, which feeds the performance section.
Add a holding
* Cost per share is required to see gain/loss. It's what you paid per share on average. Holdings without it are left out.
No holdings yet.
Accounts with holdings calculate their balance automatically (shares x price), so you never enter that money twice. Updating a price below records a new snapshot on the date set in the Accounts tab. Prices are entered by hand for now.
Import holdings from CSV
Export your positions from your brokerage as a CSV file, then choose it here. The file is read in your browser and is never uploaded anywhere.
CSV stands for "comma-separated values." It's a plain spreadsheet file that most brokerages let you export, and you can open it in Excel or Google Sheets.
Projection
A hypothetical illustration, not a prediction or financial advice. It starts from your current net worth and scheduled monthly contributions, assumes contributions stay the same, and compounds returns monthly. Conservative and optimistic use your expected return minus and plus the range. Only goals that track net worth are drawn.
Goals
No goals yet. Add one below, or load sample data on the Accounts tab.

About this project
I'm Tyler Khubchandani, a first-year finance student at the Community College of Rhode Island. I built this tracker to learn how portfolio analytics and long-term projections work by building them firsthand.
What you can try
Add your accounts and holdings, or import a brokerage CSV. View allocation, concentration, and gain / loss by holding, account, or asset class. Set a goal and run conservative, base, and optimistic projections. Track contributions, including scheduled and recurring deposits.
How it works
Everything runs in your browser, and your data is saved only on this device. Prices are either entered by hand or imported from a CSV.
How it's built
A single-page web app in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, built with the help of an AI assistant.
Educational tool, not financial advice. Projections are hypothetical, and returns are not guaranteed.
